Department Overview

The Finance Office is responsible for the fiscal management of the County, including both investments and debt. The Finance Office provides timely and accurate analysis of County budgets and financial reports to the County Manager and Board of Commissioners. It is responsible for the processing of Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. To ensure fiscal compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by Local, State, and Federal entities as well as local auditors and the Local Government Commission.
